Dr. Bettina Al-Sadik-Lowinski is an author, researcher and experienced executive coach. In her work, she draws on the expertise she built up over many years working as an executive at a series of multinational companies. Originally from Germany, she has also lived and worked in France, Japan and China. Due to her extensive professional network in Shanghai, she was able to carry out in-depth, revealing interviews with 35 successful female Chinese senior executives.

Since Feb 2019, Mrs. Lee has been one of the board members of Bosch (China) Investment Ltd acting as Executive Vice President, responsible for Human Resources in China and Asia Pacific (excluding India).

Mrs. Rosa Lee graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with law degree, and obtained MBA from Kellogg School of Management – Northwest University & Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) in 2004. Having gained a breadth of leadership experience in several large multinational companies and accumulated more than 20 years’ experience in HR and business areas (Coca-Cola, Honeywell, Schindler and DuPont), Rosa joined Bosch in 2010 as the Senior Vice President Human Resources of Bosch China.

From 2015, she joins Bosch global HR leadership Board,acting as the Senior Vice President responsible for Global Human Resources Management, based in Stuttgart Germany the Bosch Global Headquarter. In this global HR role Rosa oversees a wide range of global functions, including global talent acquisition, talent development, global organization development, diversity, global HRIT, global learning, global HR Share Service and global HR steering.

Starting from Feb 2019, she joins the Management Board of Bosch China as the Executive Vice President, responsible for Human Resources in Greater China and ASEAN, and HR innovation projects in Asia Pacific.

Qing Meyerson was appointed the Head of Finance and Administration of China and Hong Kong of Bristol-Myers Squibb (“BMS”) Company, a global bio pharmaceutical company headquartered in New Jersey in June 2017. Qing is also a Board of Director of Sino-America Shanghai Squibb Pharmaceutical Limited (中美施贵宝), a joint venture between BMS, Shanghai Pharmaceutical Holding Co. Ltd. (上药) and Sinopharm (国药), and Board of Director of BMS Investment Company, China. She is currently on this assignment in Shanghai, China.

Prior to join BMS, Qing was the President/General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of FAW-GM, a joint venture between GM (General Motors Corporation, 通用汽车) and FAW (First Auto Works，一汽) from December 2015 to May 2017. She also served as a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Director of FAW-GM for the same period. Qing began her career with GM in June 2011 as the GM China Controller. In September 2012, she
became the Regional Controller of GM International Operations (GMIO), covering countries/regions including Australia, ASEAN, South Korea, as well as countries in Africa, and the Middle East. In late 2013, after GMIO split into GMI and GM China Group, two separate strategic operational units for GM,

Qing became the GMI Assistant Controller and China Group Controller until November 2014, when she became the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Board of Director of FAW-GM.
Prior to joining GM, Qing worked for KPMG LLP for more than 11 years from September 1999 to May 2008 with 30 months on assignment in Shanghai, China. She worked with clients in various industries such as consumer, manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology companies. Her clients
included Roche, Celgene, Viropharma, Accorda, L’Oreal, Siemens, BASF, Panasonic, Hitachi, and etc. Prior to that, Qing was with the US division of a German engineering and industrial product distribution firm for 6 years.

Brigitte Wolff is the President of EIM Executive Interim Management China, providing companies with experts for all kinds of functions and industries for permanent and interim positions, and has been working more than 18 years in China. During this period, she was a Partner at Booz&Company China (now PwC Strategy& China), MD and Partner of Management Engineers Business Consulting China and founder of Abacus Corporation Business Consulting China.

Since 2008 she is also a board member at the German Chamber of Commerce | Shanghai and its charity activities, such as the More than a Market initiative, working with German companies’ social engagement in China. Since 2017 she serves as a board member of the European Chamber of Commerce China in Shanghai. Prior to that she held management positions in Germany at Oliver Wyman and Constantia Packaging as well as Steinbeis Packaging.

She holds a German Engineer Diploma (Diplom-Ingenieur) from Technical University of Munich (TUM).

Before coming to Shanghai with her husband Ekkehard in 1995, Doris was a sales woman for a soft – and hardware company in Germany. Upon arrival, having always been very interested by medicine, she first studied Chinese for 2 years before starting her education in Traditional Chinese Medicine from 1997 to 2003. After graduation as a Doctor in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Doris founded Body & Soul Consulting Company to offer TCM consultations to foreigners in China. One year later, in July 2004, she opened the first Body & Soul - Medical Clinic.

Within seven years, she opened three more clinics in Shanghai with the effort to treat the person as a whole. The four locations now offer TCM consultations – along with TCM treatments such as acupuncture and Tuina-massage -, physiotherapy, osteopathy, chiropractic, podiatry, nutrition and psychological consultations. The clinics are also well equipped with laboratories to perform Western diagnoses and pharmacies to hand out Western and Chinese medication right after consultation.
