The European Union has launched a two-year communication campaign "Colours by Europe" that promotes the safety, quality and authenticity of EU agri-food products and drinks in China.

In order to raise awareness about these features and the products available in the market, the EU is launching a retail promotion with Alibaba's Freshippo (previously known in English as Hema盒马). This offline/online promotion includes more than 20 Freshippo stores in eastern China and will reach an unprecedented number of Chinese consumers.
