In order to showcase the concept of Industry 4.0, especially in the area of Smart Factory, the German Chamber of Commerce in Chengdu is organizing a visit to Siemens Smart Manufacturing Innovation Center Chengdu on June 27th, 2019 in Chengdu.

Siemens established the Smart Manufacturing Innovation Center and Industrial Software Global R&D Center in Chengdu on May 22nd. The R&D center is the first R&D center dedicated to MindSphere established by Siemens in China, it's currently the largest intelligent manufacturing innovation center in China and even around the world.. This center is committed to providing the most advanced and complete digital enterprise solutions for the manufacturing industry, helping enterprises to achieve digital transformation and upgrading.

西门子携手成都高新区建立的西门子智能制造成都创新中心和西门子工业软件全球研发中心于2019年5月21日正式启动。该研发中心也是西门子在华建立的首个专注于MindSphere的研发中心。这一合作致力于为制造业提供最为先进和完整的数字化企业解决方案，助力企业实现数字化转型升级。该中心是西门子全球第一个融合"创新"与"研发"为一体的智能制造创新平台，全球第一个汇聚离散与流程制造软硬件技术的创新中心，全球第一个基于云的开放式物联网操作系统海外研发中心，是目前中国乃至世界最大的智能制造创新中心。
