During the last five months, children and teenagers experienced challenging times socially due to quarantine restrictions, online learning, and friends unable to come back to Shanghai.

CCS is excited to offer this Social Thinking Program aimed at preparing children and adolescents for the upcoming school year, with skills to socialize with old friends, and make new ones.

The program creates awareness of others by breaking down socially abstract rules in simple ways and teaches how each of us can work in the social world and develop our social competencies.

This curriculum helps individuals improve their social competencies, including:

1. Self-regulation

2. Social-emotional learning

3. Executive functioning

4. Perspective taking

5. Social problem solving
