CAIC, in collaboration with the Industrial Products and Services Club MBA2020, hosts a workshop on Design Thinking.
Join us for this interactive session to explore the fundamentals of Design Thinking. We will solve an everyday relatable "problem" and discuss how the methodology can be applied to life and business.

Facilitator:
Rohit Harrish works for a leading automotive multinational company based in Shanghai. He encourages the need for empathy with customers to understand their true pain points as a starting point for product development, business strategy and marketing activities.
He strongly believes that we are moving towards an era where disruption is the new normal. Creative confidence within individuals and organisations is the key to success. Rohit is a design thinker, product marketer and consumer researcher. He is originally from Gurgaon, India.
