Communicating effective with people from different cultures continues to be a challenge for many people especially when they are required to work with a diverse team in diverse environment. This is witnessed to be unavoidable in increasing globalized workplace. Understanding the cultural values and developing awareness to cultural diversity are key to effective strategies in bridging the communication gap.
