Over the past years the way we talk about equality has changed and it has become an issue frequently discussed among politicians as well as businesses. Some changes have been made to benefit people who want to live a more equal life, we can see some of these policies when it comes to balancing work and family life. Big and small industries are in some ways adapting to strive for a more inclusive environment where everyone has a chance to pursue a career and take part in family life.

Regardless of these changes, we are far from a fully equal society and we have a lot more to achieve when it comes to equality and diversity. One such industry, where great improvement can still be made, is the advertising business.

In light of this the "Baturu for Beijing + 25" festival in cooperation with the Embassy of Sweden in Beijing and the Swedish Chamber of Commerce are inviting Christina Knight, Helena Westin joining online and Britney Pai on the site for a panel discussion on the topic of Gender Equality in Advertising.

An interpreter doing simultaneous interpretation will be arranged during the event.
