Sullivan
Director of Mulpha Funds Management
Luke has more than 17 years of real estate experience, covering fund management, investment, asset management and development.
Prior to Mulpha, Luke and co-founders established KFS Asset Management, a Singapore based private equity real estate firm. Before, Luke was a Managing Director of a leading Sydney based hotel investment firm. He was responsible for investment and asset management, a director on the board, managed three funds, and a Responsible Manager of the group's AFSL.
Prior, Luke has worked for leading Singaporean and Australian groups, Ascendas and Mirvac respectively, in funds management and development roles.
Luke holds a Master of Financial Analysis from the University of New South Wales and holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours and Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Investment & Corporate Finance from the University of Western Australia.
Karen Song
Investment Manager at Mulpha Funds Management
Karen has 14 years of experience in the banking and funds management industry, including 5 years at ANZ in New Zealand, where she worked as a Business Analyst in Institutional Banking and in Private Banking managing high-net-worth clients.
After that, she was with Huayu Funds Management in China as a Fund Manager, leading a team of two investment analysts, conducting due diligence and valuations on over 50 projects, and structuring funds.
For over 6 years has been with Mulpha Funds Management as an Investment Manager, she's focusing on various MFM funds, and managing existing investorrelationships.
Karen holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Administration, a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (Finance), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Studies (Finance).
Karen is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
