content without running into the word Agility these days. But when it comes to

practical application and changing the mindset of an organisation, one finds a somewhat

confused web of fluffy definitions or, worse still, a box full of new tools. In the race

to integrate an attractive concept, we seem to have forgotten the obvious but difficult
