Hailing from Detroit, Eric previously worked at Google facilitating trainings on performance psychology, emotional intelligence, and mindfulness. Bored with the corporate life, he decided to move to Beijing to work as a stunt man and action actor, where he was lucky enough to work with Jackie Chan and Jet Li. Currently, he works as a leadership coach and trainer out of Detroit, specializing in helping powerful nonconformists get out of their head and into meaningful action.
来自底特律的Eric（中文名字叫一毛）曾在Google工作，专门给那边员工教积极理学、情商、静修培训。 后来觉得上班族不适合他，搬到北京当动作演员。他很幸运能够与成龙和李连杰合作。 目前，他在底特律做领导教练和培训，帮助年轻领导克服心理障碍与实现最大的梦想。

Shaper Trainings come out of a desire in our community to learn the best skills each of our fellow Shapers has to offer. Trainings are a bi-monthly event where outstanding members of our WEF Global Shapers community share specific skills or tactics they’ve acquired to help them reach their current level of success.

The Global Shapers Community is an initiative of the World Economic Forum and constitutes a network of city-based Hubs developed and led by young leaders between 20 and 30 years old who want to develop their leadership potential towards serving society. Shapers are highly motivated individuals who have a great potential for future leadership roles in society. They are selected on the basis of their achievements, leadership potential, and commitment to make a difference.
