Workshop Building Construction & Operation: "How to deal with factory relocation projects?"

To Shanghai Municipal government increasingly pressing industrial activity out of the city, relocating to neighboring provinces is a common response these days. To inspire AHK members facing such a situation, we will receive the following speakers for a roundtabkle discussion:

• Mr. Uwe Steffan, Deputy GM at PTCI just selected location and schedule for his chemical plant’s relocation project, and will share first-hand experience of challenges, and how he has handled them.

• Mr. Ralf Willecke, VP Plant Engineering of IMIG, who is a relocation planning professional, will introduce IMIG’s approach to relocation and deliver advices on how to engage in such a project, efficiently.

Following the presentation, all attending members are welcome to join an open discussion and exchange their views and experiences.
