Dinah Bennett (OBE FHEA) is the Founder of the International Consultants for Enterprise and Entrepreneurship (ICE). Dinah works in the field of small business and enterprise with a passion for female economic empowerment. She was one of the first women to be honoured with the UK’s Queen’s Award for Achievement in Enterprise Promotion in 2005, and has enabled people and organisations all over the world to attain enhanced insights into enterprise and entrepreneurship for more than 25 years.

Her work has exposed vast opportunities for the improved development of economies and communities, with projects spanning from working to bridge gaps between banks and small businesses in Kenya, to working with Saudi Arabia and Libyan women to help them develop entrepreneurial skills, to developing enterprise capacity building and trainings for universities in Sri Lanka. Through consultancy, project design and delivery, Dinah has pushed the boundaries of current thinking in entrepreneurship. She also developed the UK Best Practice Initiative for supporting women's enterprise development.

In addition, Dinah is a Director at WISE Development, an accomplished group of specialists who support international agencies, governments and NGOs to achieve progress in gender equality, and the empowerment of women and girls.
