YouPing WU (Ricky Ng), based in Beijing, is currently the Co-Founder and General Manager at iClick Interactive Asia Limited (Optimix Media Asia Limited). IClick is a leading integrated digital marketing company in Asia connecting worldwide advertisers with audience in China. From 2007-2009, Mr. Wu was General Manager at Tetris Media Limited, a leading online advertising networks in Hong Kong specializing in Finance, Mobile and In-Game advertising, and Business Director at Yahoo! Holding (Hong Kong) Limited from 2005-2007.
Jim Fields is the Founder and Managing Director of Relay, a Beijing-based a cross-border marketing agency that helps visionary Chinese tech companies to expand in Western markets. With over 14 years of studying Chinese and 7 years in China, Fields’ focus has been on helping Chinese tech brands creatively and effectively communicate and engage with Western audiences. His work has gained millions of views across various platforms, both in China and internationally, for clients such as Xiaomi, Tencent, Lenovo, Garmin, Hover Camera and many others. Fields has been tapped as an industry expert to speak at events including: CHat Shanghai, HAX, China Accelerator events, DayDayUp, Tsinghua X-Lab and more.
Zhai Yu (Jacky) is Founder of Yibencezi, a platform that allows everyone to read, write, share, and sell “Internet books.” Jacky was formerly a Web Engineer at Liveramp in San Francisco and PM at DianDian (funded by Sequoia and Innovation Works) in Beijing, and his professional experience also includes GGV, Tencent and Keytone Ventures. Jacky was Co-president of the Chinese Entrepreneurship Organization at Stanford and is a graduate of Tsinghua University.
