Big Smoke: Chef Gordon has created an extensive menu drawing on Latin influence and featuring a wood-fired barbeque, known as an Asado (the traditional Argentinean pit of fire), where our hand-selected meats slow cook for hours.
The menu has been designed to be enjoyed in the traditional Latin way- by sharing- to reflect the simplicity of great produce and allowing our guests to try a wide range of flavours and tastes from the menu where food is the star. Chef Gordon recommends a table of two share two or three of the ACCOMPANIMENT SHARES and one or two of the MAIN SHARES to begin. Order additional dishes for larger appetites as you go.
