Outline:
Thomas will go through the various methods of generating traffic to a WeChat account or shop: cost-per-click advertising, viral marketing, Key Opinion Leaders and other forms of guerrilla marketing. Thomas will introduce concrete steps and third-party tools which can be used in order to effectively use each strategy, and will illustrate each approach with relevant case studies from brands in China.

Outline:
Andrew will explain the challenges of using WeChat as a customer service tool. How to increase engagement with users. How to architecture a CRM system which can scale, including across different locations or sub-brands. Andrew will also share several case studies from Grata's clients who managed to enhance the user experience by the successful integration of WeChat customer service.

Leverage WeChat advanced functions for marketing
Outline:
Zou Bin will draw from his agency experience building WeChat customized websites in order to point at advanced features of WeChat which can be game changing for WeChat marketing: geo-localization, payment, authentication, connected objects, voice recognition and viral campaigns.
