Greta Schettler joined WEConnect International as Vice President in 2016, bringing with her 15 years of experience working across various industries in the U.S., South America, the Middle East and Africa. Based in Washington D.C., she heads up global efforts to scale the rapidly growing organization, leads its executive management team and strategic direction, and develops a performance driven culture among its group of diverse talented individuals.

Prior to joining WEConnect International, Greta was Senior Economic Policy Advisor in the Secretary’s Office of Global Women’s Issues for the U.S. Department of State, where she was responsible for elevating women’s economic participation as a U.S. foreign policy priority globally. Her leadership was key to the development and expansion of over 30 major initiatives such as the APEC Women and the Economy forum, the Equal Futures Partnership, the Women’s Entrepreneurship Fund, the African Women’s Entrepreneurship Program, and the Alliance for Artisan Enterprise. Her track record and dedication to sustainability has resulted in groundbreaking efforts on women’s economic participation in the G20, the G-7, and the Global Entrepreneurship Summit.

Charles (Chuck) Bennett is a career member of the senior Foreign Service with the rank of Minister Counselor. He has served in many countries in Asia including Vietnam, China, Thailand and the Philippines. He has also been posted to Taipei, Taiwan. Mr. Bennett has also served as a desk officer in the office of Western Hemisphere Affairs in the Department of State. During his 28 year career with the Department of State, Mr. Bennett has been awarded several Superior and Meritorious Honor Awards, and was the 2010 recipient of the Barbara Watson Award for Consular Excellence.

A native of Washington State, Consul General Bennett attended Western Washington University and the University of Washington. He is married to Della Knox-Bennett, and has a 27 year old daughter who is a graduate student at Harvard University.

Ms. Jiang is the Executive Vice President of China Association of Women Entrepreneurs (CAWE) with a Master’s degree from Harbin Institute of Technology. She is a member of Executive Committee of All-China Women's Federation (ACWF).

Ms. Jiang’s posts in Heilongjiang Province from 1985 to 1996 include Director and CCP Committee Secretary of the Harbin City Property Management Bureau, Director and CCP Committee Secretary of International Affairs Office and Expat Affairs Office of Harbin City, Mayor’s Assistant and CCP Leadership Group member of the Harbin City government. She was a member of Heilongjiang provincial CPPCC. From 1996 to 2004 she was the International Department Head at China National Tourism Administration and Vice President and CCP Committee Secretary of China National Native Produce & Animal By-products Import & Export Corporation (China Tuhsu). Ms. Jiang served on the board and was CCP Committee Secretary and Union President at China National Cereals, Oils and Foodstuffs Corporation (COFCO) from 2004 to 2015, before she joined CAWE in 2015.

Ma Leijun has a PhD in Management and is currently a Senior Programme Officer at the UN Women’s China Office in Beijing. He is also a member of the Beijing +20 Lecturer Team of State Council. Previously, Leijun has worked at the Training Center of the Ministry of Civil Affairs and United Way International (Canada). Since 2005, he has been working with the UN, including the UNDP and UN Women.

Leijun has a strong background in policy analysis, especially from a gender perspective and has conducted a number of research publications on public policy and social development issues. As a well-known gender expert and trainer in China, Leijun has delivered training to many national and international organizations, covering the topics of Gender Mainstreaming, CEDAW, Gender Equality and CSR, Women’s Leadership, etc.

Marybeth’s career is centered on leading through consistently delivering financial goals by providing great value for consumers. As the CMMO for Walmart China, Marybeth is responsible for the products chosen for more than 420 retail stores within China, for marketing to customers, and for moving product through the supply chain.

Previously, Marybeth was the senior vice president and general merchandising manager for both the Home division and the Ladieswear Apparel division with Walmart US. She transitioned to Walmart US in 2012 after over two years with Sam’s Club as SVP/GMM Home & Apparel.

Prior to joining Sam’s Club, she was a Merchandising Vice President with Lowe’s Home Improvement for eight years, leading the Seasonal Living and Fashion Bath divisions. Marybeth also held VP Marketing roles at Lexington Furniture and at Hanesbrands Inc.

Marybeth received both her MBA (with honors) and a BA cum laude from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC USA.

She is a member of the Walmart Foundation Board of Directors.

Ms. Gao Yunsong joined Procter & Gamble Company in 2007, and is the Vice President of P&G (China) Ltd. In that capacity, she leads the company's public policy research and government affairs function.

Ms Gao has rich working experiences, and worked with a couple of multinational companies and large Chinese state-owned enterprises, including Cisco, China Netcom, Siemens and China Unicom. Ms. Gao moved into the area of government affairs and public policy research after doing marketing and business development for a few years. Before joining P&G she was the Executive Director of the Public Policy Department of Cisco Systems China Network Technology Company.

Ms. Gao graduated from Qinghua University in 1989 and obtained a master degree of literature. She further studied in Warwick University in UK, where she got her MBA degree.

► Sunny is Risk Advisory Services China South Market Leader .He has more than twenty years of risk management experience gained from public accounting firms and he was involved in setting up the China practice of a global risk consulting firm in July 2003.He had been engaged in providing consulting services to a variety of industries with major focus on high technology industries. Also he has been involved in performing internal controls consultancy services for US listed companies and HK listed companies in Greater China region.
► Sunny has managed various Sarbanes-Oxley section 404 engagements of various industries, namely financial services, telecommunication and media, energy and manufacturing. The specific works included advising client process flow documentation and risk controls matrices for those critical business cycles; identifying control gaps and recommending for remediation; designing testing work programs and implementing test plans; preparing audit findings summary and final audit report and discussion with client management.
► Sunny has audit experience surrounding internal controls includes interviewing client personnel, documenting client’s key controls for critical business processes, analyzing risks and inefficiencies, testing of key controls and reporting findings and recommendations to management.

David Fu is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs for Walmart China. He is responsible for government affairs, internal and external communication, public relations, crisis management, and corporate social responsibility.

David worked for the International Department (Ministry) of the CPC’s Central Committee for 9 years during which he worked at the Hong Kong Branch of Xinhua News Agency from 1989 to 1991. He later worked at Ericsson China as Marketing Manager from 1996 to 1997 and joined Amway China in 1997 and established the company’s External Affairs Department. He was then promoted to Director of External Affairs, responsible for government affairs, community relations, media relations and corporate communications.

David joined Johnson & Johnson Medical China Ltd in 2007. During his time with JJM China, he built the culture and team of external affairs and made significant contributions to the development of the business and brand through systematic and productive government relations activities and marketing campaigns. David was selected for the ‘2013 CBN Innovation 50’ and was awarded the CSR Innovator Prize.

David’s social positions include 9th & 10th Committee Member of All-China Youth Federation, current Vice-chairman of China General Chamber of Commerce, and congress member of China Chain Store & Franchise Association etc.

Bruce McKenzie was appointed Senior Vice President of Operations, Greater China and Mongolia in September 2012. Based in Shanghai, he is responsible for overseeing the operation of more than 84 trading hotels and aggregating the growth of the more than 231 pipeline hotels in the region.

An industry veteran with over 25 years’ experience in hospitality management, Bruce was previously chief operating officer Australasia with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). He is familiar with the Chinese market, having been senior vice president of operations for IHG Greater China from 2004 to 2009.

Before joining IHG, McKenzie was director of operations with Mirvac Hotels Pty. Ltd., the hotel management division of the multi-billion dollar Australian property company, The Mirvac Group. Prior to this, he was based in Singapore for almost two years at Choice Hotels International Inc. as vice president Asia Pacific, and tasked to significantly grow the business in Asia Pacific.

McKenzie started his career in hospitality management with Sheraton/Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where he worked for 13 years in various positions including director of sales, financial controller, general manager and area managing director across the company’s different entities in Australasia and Indonesia.
