SIT (Systematic Inventive thinking) method for innovation allows companies to achieve success (grow out from crisis, develop a new innovative product or service, improve their internal process, or rebrand an old product) by making innovation a part of their organizational culture and practice.

Some topics to be covered during this session:

• Cracking the Innovation Code: Introduction of the SIT methodology, which shows that 70-80% of inventions around the world share common patterns.
• Innovation as a tool for change: how it can be used both on individual tasks and as a way to increase organizational agility
• Fixedness: what prevents us from thinking innovatively
• Principles of Systematic Inventive Thinking: how to enhance innovative thinking on a personal, team and organizational level.

    Tamar Chelouche

    VP at SIT

    Tamar is VP Global Innovation, SIT China. She is responsible for helping companies to gain value through innovation and delivers, together with the Chinese team, ongoing innovation support to clients, from the process of identifying needs through to designing and embedding novel innovation solutions. Over the past 13 years, Tamar has partnered global market leaders such as Bayer (Australia), Coca-Cola (Russia), Pearson and American Water (US) and Mars (Germany), her primary focus is to help embed a culture and practice of innovation across a broad range of organizations from multi-nationals to medium-sized companies and SME's.
    Tamar is an expert in New Product & Service Development, Organizational Innovation Processes, Innovation in Marketing, Marketing Communications, & Advertising. Her motivation, both as facilitator and manager, is to inspire individuals to reach new and inventive perspectives and to enhance their performance. She holds a B.A. in Sociology and Management from Tel Aviv University and an M.A. in European Communications Studies from the University of Amsterdam. Prior to joining the SIT Team, Tamar held senior posts with several major communication agencies.
