Young women in Beijing live increasingly busy lives. Long work hours and active social calendars leave little space for self-reflection or relaxation. Beijing’s resident Meditation and Mindfulness expert, Dalida Turkovic, will lead an intimate session in the peaceful hutong courtyard of the Beijing Mindfulness Center on March 26.
Dalida's class will provide students with structured meditation, breathing techniques, and mindful listening. Through careful instruction she will impart various techniques to help students enter deeper states of non-judgmental awareness to reduce stress and increase positivity.
Beginners are welcome and encouraged! Comfortable clothing is also suggested.
