In the first days of spring, the annual YaleWomen China private concert is here again.

Yale University has a long standing tradition in arts and humanities for 315 years. Continuing in the humanistic spirit of Yale, YaleWomen China and Yale Center Beijing are co-hosting Spring Concert 2016 on March 6 for Yale alumni, families and friends to gather in the first days of spring and to celebrate the March 8 International Women’s Day.

All Yale alumni, families and friends are welcome to the concert and it is open to both genders. We look forward to seeing you at our first party in the new year!

    - 古筝独奏《夜深沉》《春江花月夜》。演奏者崔杉，中国音乐家协会会员，2013年入选国务院特批的中央音乐学院最佳人才计划，师从著名古筝演奏家、教育家周望教授。曾赴美国、德国独奏演出并在国内国际获得多个专业大奖。
    - 萨克斯独奏《回家》《浪漫的星空》。演奏者康岩，中国人民解放军军乐团萨克斯演奏家。
    - 女高音独唱爵士经典花儿《上去高山望平川》《洒一路花儿香飘天外》。演唱者张朵儿，联合国非遗文化“花儿”传承人，国家一级演员，“中国金唱片奖”获得者。
    - 男高音独唱《等你回家》《天下父母》。演唱者周韡，中央民族乐团青年歌唱家，中国音乐金钟奖获得者，代表作《天下父母》曾获中国华语音乐排行榜冠军。
    - 女声独唱《山外的情人》及即兴演唱。演唱者赵莉，当年名噪一时的大陆小邓丽君，1986年《让世界充满爱》首唱时第一句的领唱者，2014年崔健执导电影《蓝色骨头》插曲的演唱者。跨流行、爵士、民歌、音乐剧到自由即兴演唱，被著名音乐家刘索拉赞为“在喧嚣的中国是难得的”无界歌者。
    - 弦乐重奏《今夜感觉我的爱》。演奏者北京阳光爱乐乐团，成立于2010年8月，是一个公益音乐俱乐部组织，集结了众多高水平的爱乐人士与演奏家。希望将美好的音乐体验传递给更多的人。
