Are you leaning in everyday? Or what does leaning in mean anyway?
At Bloomberg, we pride ourselves on creating equal opportunities for employees with different backgrounds. We are excited to announce that the founder of Lean In China Virginia Tan will host a talk on leaning in. Moderated by our very own senior sales rep. Virginia was an experienced finance lawyer for more than 8 years with experiences in Europe, Middle East, Asia, Africa and South America. For those of you who are not aware, Lean In is a book and organization founded by the COO of Facebook Sheryl Sandberg to encourage women to step up in social environments such as workplace. Male colleagues, you are more than welcome to attend and network with the attendees afterwards!
