Legal Committee will hold an Online Workshop Proposal meeting of Management of civil litigation of corporate intellectual property. The main issues listed in the project will be further solicited from members and discussed. Please refer to the meeting agenda and PPT for details. Background: the rapid growth of the IP litigations and the surge of new type cases in China pose QBPC members new challenges to their management of these litigations. At the same time, the member companies of QBPC are attaching increasing importance to the internal and external coordination and management of litigation cases, for purpose of maximizing the effectives and effect of IP litigations. The importance and professionalism of litigation cases require systematic and efficient management to help member enterprises to properly handle their litigation cases, control the potential risks and avoid the unnecessary losses.
As aligned by LC, based on our initial survey about IP litigation management in member companies, we would like to propose one IP litigation management project with Beijing JUSTRA Intellectual Property Center, which will focus on member companies' pain points and generate one solid guidance to guide members' IP litigation management based on deep research.
