Overall, the new data regulations pose far-reaching new requirements for network operators. As a result, these changes represent a drastic tightening of the previous drafts for companies. This applies in particular to the introduction of new, compulsory official procedures for the collection and transfer of data. The regulations stipulate the circumstances under which the cybersecurity authority can prohibit data transfers. The following topics will be introduced during the meeting:
โข Who is network operator?
โข What is cross border data transfer?
โข Transfer of personal data and important data
โข Sensitive information structure and Security obligations
โข Legal Requirements for the network security
โข Recent legal changes and their effects
Please note, that this event is considered an Experience Exchange. This mean we will have a kick-off presentation at the beginning of each meeting followed by a tour de table where participants are asked to share their related experiences and questions with us.
