刘润敏先生2017年4月加入康乐保中国，作为公共政策与市场准入总监，他带领团队聚焦于中国造口、伤口和失禁领域患者未满足的健康需求，持续推动积极的医疗卫生政策进步，以提高优质护理服务的可及性和可负担，推动业务可持续发展。
刘先生拥有超过20年大型跨国企业政府事务与市场准入的工作经验。加入康乐保中国之前，刘先生曾在强生、爱尔康、辉瑞等多家跨国企业担任政府事务、公共政策、关键客户管理与市场准入等领导职位。
Raymond Liu joined Coloplast China in April 2017 as the Policy Advocacy & Market Access Director. He is leading PA&MA team to improve product accessibility and patient affordability of high-quality care solutions and support business growth through continuously shaping compassionate healthcare policies based on the unmet health needs of Chinese patients with ostomy, wound and incontinence.
Mr. Liu has 20+ working experiences of government affairs and market access in top MNC companies. Before Coloplast China, he used to serve in different multinational life-science companies like Johnson and Johnson, Alcon and Pfizer at various leadership positions in government affairs, public policy, key account management and market access in China.
