New German Supply Chain Law:

What Companies Need to Know

On June 11, 2021, the new German Supply Chain Due Diligence Law was adopted by the German Parliament. The law creates a framework for social and environmental due diligence along the supply chain and new obligations for companies and their suppliers arise out of it. We will have a closer look at the scope of the law and what companies need to do, including those directly affected by the law and also those indirectly affected by it.
