Legal Committee will hold an Online Workshop of Legal Practice Related to Trademark Rights Confirmation. Hu Gang from CCPIT PATENT &TRADEMARK LAW OFFICE 、Zhu Xiaolan from Roth International Trademark Partner and Frank Liu from Emerson will be invited to discuss and share three topics:

Topic I: Considerations for company in filing trademark applications, and how to removal of obstacles in the application process.

Topic II: Responses to third parties' opposition, invalidation, and cancellation of registered trademarks right.

Topic III: The experience of trademark management works shared by the internal legal colleague of QBPC member company.
