目标与内容Objectives and Content
The conflicts in the workplace are diverse, some conflicts affect the inter-personal relationships between colleagues, which in turn affect the cooperation quality and quality of work, and even affect people's physical and mental health. By understanding the causes of the occurrence of conflicts, the causes of the escalation of conflicts, the internal mechanism of escalation, as well as the abnormal mentality and abnormal behavior that people are likely to have when once involved in a conflict, by improving the sensitivity to (cross-cultural) conflict, we can adjust our bodies and minds, avoid unnecessary behaviors that might upgrade conflicts. We can have a rational attitude in the face of conflict and discuss the strategy to resolve conflicts.
In the one day of the course "Intercultural Conflict Management - German and Chinese Perspectives", we will regard national culture characteristics as references, consider the premise of the other influence factors and begin with intercultural thinking in order to deeply analyze the basic causes of the conflicts, the characteristics of conflict behaviors and thinking and together explore how to go beyond the traditional communication modes and make the staff in the cross-cultural team more competent when working with others.
职场上的矛盾冲突形形色色,有些冲突会影响同事之间的人际关系,继而影响合作品质和工作质量,甚至会影响人的身心健康。了解可能导致冲突发生的起因、导致冲突升级的原因、冲突升级的内部机制,以及人一旦陷入冲突就可能产生的反常心态及反常举动,提高对(跨文化)冲突的敏感度,有利于我们调节身心,避免导致冲突升级的不必要的行为方式,以理性的心态面对冲突,并探讨冲突解决策略。
在"中德跨文化冲突管理"为期一天的课程中, 我们将以民族文化特征作为参考、在同时考虑其他影响因素的前提下,从跨文化视角入手深入剖析冲突的原因, 冲突行为与思维的特点,共同探讨如何走出传统的沟通模式,使跨文化团队中的工作人员能在共事时更加得心应手。
