The Swedish Chamber together with Mercuri Urval is organizing a Workshop to address topics of Challenges to progress your career in a Nordic company, and coaching people who are working in Nordic companies in China, willing to develop and progress their careers in such a cross-cultural business environment. Through this workshop, you will be guided by Team Coaching to gain a better understanding of Nordic culture and behaviors as a Manager.

The design of this workshop is aiming at increasing your self-awareness of your own unique strengths as a Manager and/or Individual Contributor, at getting knowledge about how to influence and manage upwards (manage your manager), as well as understanding your own development needs in order to achieve your career aspiration.

About the facilitators:

Lena Petersen (Co-Lead), Executive Coach & Senior Consultant

More than 10 years' experience working in international environments in China, supporting global companies within internal communications, change management, leadership development, cross-cultural collaboration and coaching. Certified coach (ACC, CPCC, a member of ICF).

Anne Zhang (Co-Lead), Executive Coach & Senior Consultant

Joined Mercuri Urval in 2010, took Team Leader role and became one of Mercuri Urval's first group of Partners in 2018. Anne is focused on Talent & Leadership Advisory and Executive Search. Typical clients are European companies that are growing fast in the Asia market facing interesting challenges during different development phases.
