Brand is a key factor in determining the success of marketers, and an important bargaining chip for competition. Brand development requires trademark right protection. The Trademark Law and the Anti-Unfair Competition Law revised in 2019 have responded to some hot issues concerned by societies, strengthened the regulation of malicious registration, and increased the legal liability for trademark infringement. The conduct of fair competition is regulated. In order to better understand and know well the trends of the development since the implementation of the new Trademark Law and the Anti-Unfair Competition Law, it is hereby decided to hold a "Seminar on Key Issues and Difficulties in the Practice of Trademark Law and Anti-unfair Competition Law".
