Let us explore the profound historical bonds between China and Australia, rooted in immigration.

In the 19th century, drawn by the gold rush and hopes for a better life, Chinese immigrants journeyed to Australia. Engaging in gold mining, railway construction and more, they boosted local economy and initiated early business ties.

As Chinese tea, silk met Australian wool, the two nations across the ocean connected. Beyond commerce, they shared festivals and art in daily interactions.

Over time, these subtle yet vital interactions have brought the two sides closer today.
