The theme of our 2023 Conference & Awards, "Levelling the Playing Field" aims to encourage discussions on the current playing field by showcasing exceptional speakers and thought leaders with deeper insights on how to win equality for all.


Featuring an assumption-breaking Healthy Women Healthy Economies White Paper commissioned by Merck Group China, our WE Conference acknowledges the impending demographic crisis faced by a fast-growing China. It highlights the increasing saliency of family planning best practices to level the playing field for men and women in the workplace.


Now in our third year, the 2023 Women Empowerment Awards recognize trailblazing individuals and innovative companies that have demonstrated a robust commitment to promoting women in the workforce in order to encourage greater gender equality and drive more substantial business outcomes in China.
