Terms and conditions
- The fees shall be paid no later than the respective payment deadline.
- If The Sponsor chooses not to sponsor events or purchase advertisement prior to the respective Booking Date, Payment Deadline or any other date set forth by CCS, as the case may be, CCS will charge 30% of the specific fees set forth as liquidated damages. If cancellation is made after the due dates, CCS will charge 100% of the specific service fee as liquidated damages. The Sponsor shall pay to CCS such damages within 10 days of cancellation.
- If CCS fails to render the service to The Sponsor within the time specified herein due to any reason attributable to CCS, CCS may deduct 10% of the specified service fee payable by The Sponsor as liquidated damages, and further if the delay exceeds one month, The Sponsor is entitled to terminate that specific service, and CCS shall pay the fees back to The Sponsor within 10 days of settlement.
- The Sponsor is responsible for the accuracy of the content of the promotional materials including but not limited to information such as addresses, phone numbers, proper logo, etc. CCS is not responsible whatsoever should The Sponsor be unable to approve and submit logos, marketing materials or requested information for publication by deadlines mentioned in Section Two and Three.
- The content of the promotional materials supplies by The Sponsor must comply with applicable laws, regulations, rules and policies; contents must be legal, truthful and updated. CCS reserves the right to approve all promotional materials prior to the publication.
- Service term: This Agreement shall commence from [August, 2023] and end on [January, 2024]. With no less than 6 sessions.
