As we all know, it's a difficult time. We get rounds of lockdowns and covid testings, running out of groceries and moving all the teaching online again. You may feel anxious, helpless, exhausted, or scared of not knowing when things will get better. You may get tired of supporting all your students online as its just so different and frustrating that we cannot see them in person. You are not alone, and its okay to feel all the feelings. They are not wrong or right, should or shouldn't. We will feel dysregulated when in the middle of unknown and uncertainty. Our brains are just trying to help us make sense, and you are doing what you can. Your persistence and hard-work means so much to your students, and so does your physical and mental health. This online group will be a place where you can be open to share your worries, concerns, and connect with each other who share similar feelings. We are here to support each other, explore coping strategies, and let you know that we understand, we care, and your presence matters so much!
