Established in 1998, Community Center Shanghai (CCS) is a not-for-profit organization with three locations in Pudong, Hongqiao and Minhang. CCS serves the international community through orientations, charities, counseling, classes, tours, and events to support individuals and families by providing them tools to adapt, a forum to connect, and opportunities to culturally immerse themselves.

Tables are available on first come, first served basis per categories. We reserve the right to make sure we have a variety of products represented. Please wait for a confirmation email before payment.

1 table is 400 RMB to be paid upon confirmation.

Approximate number of vendors accepted. 30% food, 70% non-food.

Payment

Registrants agree to pay 400 RMB per table within 72 hours from receiving Community Center Shanghai's confirmation email reguarding registration.

If payment is not received within required time frame, the registration will be forfeited for the event. Upon request, the registrant can be added to the waiting list.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 4 workings days prior to the market, a full refund will be made.

NO REFUND will be issued for cancellation made 3 or fewer working days prior to the bazaar.

Promotions

Community Center Shanghai will add your comppany name to the flyer to invite the community to the bazaar. In return, Community Center Shanghai requests that you promote the event to your clients that you will be participating at the Community Center Sidewalk Bazaar.
