Baijiu: From Sichuan to the World
Baijiu is the world's best-selling liquor, but it is only beginning to be understood beyond China's borders. Within the baijiu category is a diversity of flavors and stories as rich as the country that created it. Join Derek Sandhaus and Bill Isler for a discussion on Chinese spirits and how they teamed up with Luzhou Laojiao, one of China's top spirits producers, to bring baijiu to the world beyond China's shores.
Guided tasting of the four major styles of baijiu is included.
