Exclusive Company Tour to TEDA Automotive Industrial Park

The German Chamber of Commerce in Tianjin, together with AmCham China and the European Chamber of Commerce in Tianjin cordially invite you to an exclusive tour of the TEDA Automotive Industrial Park in Tianjin on November 27, 2018.

There will be 3 stops on this tour:

TEDA Automotive Industrial Park: Has a planning area of 8.78 square-kilometers, containing the FAW-VW factory, component and logistics parks. With a total investment of nearly 19.5 billion RMB, the FAW-VW factory covers 1.08 million square-meters, and plans to produce new SUV models such as the A-SUV (TAYRON) and the new Audi Q3. The factory will reach an annual production capacity of 300,000 vehicles with an annual sales volume of 55 billion RMB.

Accompanying the car plant, several of its suppliers have also settled in TEDA. 18 part suppliers have settled in this park with a total investment of about 4 billion RMB, including FAW Faway (bumper and seat supplier), FAWSN (carpet supplier), FAW Tooling Die Manufacturing (pressing part and die supplier), Tenneco (emission system supplier), VW FAW Platform (chassis supplier), Grupo Lrausa (roof supplier), Langfang Hua'an (fuel control system supplier), Deli Tech (stamping part supplier), Yangzhou Yapp (fuel tank supplier), Wendeng Zhongda (carpet supplier), Huada Tech (stamping part supplier), Jilin Jinhong (stamping part supplier), FAW Logistics (vehicle and components logistics), FAW ZH (waste recycling), etc.

FAW-Volkswagen North China Base is located in the Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area. North China Base is the epitome of FAW-Volkswagen's five bases in terms of technology, process, efficiency and environmental protection. With a total investment of 19.49 billion RMB and a main plant covering an area of 1.08 million square-meters, the completion of the FAW-Volkswagen North China Base kicks off its "Strategy 2025" initiative – to become the world-leader in sustainable mobility production.

Changchun Faway Adient Automotive Systems CO. LTD: On Dec. 7th, 2016, Changchun Faway Adient Automotive Systems Co. Ltd. decided to invest 210 million RMB to build a 31784 square-meter branch with a production capacity of 300,000 sets of seats, DP and IP. By 2018 the facilities are expected to employ more than 1000 employees including around 100 technical and management positions and 8 functional departments. Currently its main customers are FAW-VW, Audi, Beijing Auto and Faw-Xiali.

2018年11月27日，德国商会天津办公室将携手中国美国商会以及欧盟商会天津办事处邀请您一起走进天津开发区汽车产业园。

本次参观活动将设有三站：

天津开发区汽车产业园： 天津开发区汽车产业园规划面积8.78平方公里，包含一汽-大众整车厂、零部件园区和物流园区。其中，整车厂占地108万平方米，总投资194.8585亿元人民币。整车厂计划投产两款新SUV车型，分别为A-SUV车型探岳（TAYRON）和奥迪新Q3，达产后将形成年产30万辆系列乘用车能力，年销售收入可达550亿元人民币。

随着整车厂落户，一汽-大众配套供应商也陆续落户天津，并与整车厂同步实现量产。截至目前，已有一汽富维（制造保险杠和座椅）、一汽富晟（制造地毯）、一汽模具（制造冲压件和模具）、天纳克（制造排气系统）、大众一汽平台零部件（制造底盘）、公主岭华翔（制造内顶棚）、廊坊华安（制造燃油控制系统）、德立科技（制造冲压件）、扬州亚普（制造油箱）、文登中达（制造地毯）、华达科技（制造冲压件）、吉林金洪（制造冲压件）、一汽物流（成品车物流、零部件物流）、一汽综合利用（废旧物资回收）等18家零部件供应商落户园区，总投资约40亿元人民币。

一汽 -大众华北基地：一汽 -大众华北基地坐落于天津经济技术开发区，项目主机厂占地108.09万平方米，总投资达到194.9亿元。华北基地秉承德国大众集团最完善的工厂建设标准和最合理完美工厂建设原则， 在技术、工艺、高效、环保等方面是五大基地的集大成者，同时一汽-大众华北基地完成启动了"2025战略"计划——成为全球可持续流动生产领域的领导者。

长春富维安道拓汽车饰件系统有限公司天津分公司：2016年12月7日，富维安道拓汽车饰件系统有限公司决定投资2.1亿元建一个31784平方米的分公司，生产能力30万套，DP和IP。到2018年，工厂预计将雇用1000多名员工，包括约100个技术和管理岗位和8个职能部门。目前主要客户有一汽大众、奥迪、北京汽车、一汽夏利等。
