FitFam 'Track Warriors' is all about improving your running speed through the use of interval track training and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) that focuses on technique, stability, legs and core.

PLEASE NOTE: This is not a jogging group! We'll be running like it's a race not a marathon! Please be realistic of your physical capabilities before registering.

We will run between 3-4.5km


All levels are welcome!

Time: Every Saturday at 6:30am


Location: Goal posts furthest away from the main entrance to the tracks.

Details:

6.30am - Warm up

6.40am - Drills and leg work

6.50am – Track training

7.20am – Core workout

7:25am - Cool down & stretch

7:30am – Finish and photos!


Bring: Bring water. Bring an energy drink and some good running shoes.
