The annual Wage and Salary Survey of the German Chamber of Commerce in China in cooperation with Direct HR aims to provide a timely benchmark of general trends regarding wage and salary developments as well as other HR related issues for German companies in China. It is an important tool for all Sino-German HR executors to get an overview about the HR situation and to plan their HR budgets for 2019.

Cardona
Marketing and Information Solutions Manager at Direct HR
Juanjo Cardona is Marketing and Information Solutions Manager at Direct HR Group, where he joined in 2012. He overlooks all marketing related activities and is responsible for developing China talent market insights.
Since 2016 the German Chamber of Commerce in China has been partnering with Direct HR Group for the elaboration of its annual Labor Market & Salary Report. Mr. Cardona has been the Project Manager from Direct HR Group’s side in a coordinated effort with the German Chamber of Commerce in China.
With over 14 years of work experience, Mr. Cardona has previously served as Project Manager and Business Development Manager at STIGA, a leading marketing research firm in Spain, focusing mostly in customer satisfaction and service quality for the financial industry.
