Businesses are constantly faced with change: in work environments, in economic framework conditions, in increasing complexity of processes, production, logistics etc. For companies to face the future and remain successful, also leadership needs to adapt. This panel discussion looks into what are the requirements for future leaders, but also how to develop such leaders.
