When: Tuesdays 6:00 AM (5:50 AM for warm-up)
Meeting Point: Xiangyang Park at the corner of North Xiangyang Road and Middle Huaihai Road (across from iapm mall).
Details: We leave from Xiangyang Park at 6:00 SHARP! To ensure the group stays together the whole time and returns to Xiangyang Park on time, we have set a running pace range between 5'30 mins to 6'00 mins per km.
Limit is 40 people.
Bring: PACK LIGHT! Water.
