Marina is a social activist focusing on the empowerment of individuals with disabilities through education, skills development and occupation; she is specializing in projects that are focusing on the inclusion of the "other" back into the society.

Marina is co-managing the first industrial workshop in China which provides respectful and dignified employment for intellectually and mentally challenged individuals.
In addition, she initiated and has been leading the Social Inclusion Academy [SIA] - a full 3 months training program for the certification of qualified Job Coaches who will lead the social integration of challenged individuals into china’s work force.

Currently, Marina is developing a rehabilitation program for people with intellectual and physical impairments, which purpose is to facilitate their inclusion in the workforce.

Formerly, Marina coordinated a unique integration program for young adults with intellectual disabilities, later on, founded and managed a Language training center for children with learning disabilities.

Eva, Wu Jiayi is Assistant Project Manager for TUEV Rheinland. She is responsible for the design, monitoring and follow up for Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainability services in Greater China.

Yang Jing has entered the area of sustainable supply chain development since 2003 and worked in several international and Chinese NGOs that are addressing the topic of labor rights. During these years, Yang provided hundreds of different workers training programmes (Including topics like prevention of occupational injuries and occupational diseases, labor law, career development, health of women workers, AIDS prevention and venereal disease prevention, etc.) for more than 300 factories.

Shenzhen Innovation Corporate Social Responsibility Development Centre (“CSRDC”) is a professional institution which was jointly established, under the instruction of the United Front Work Department of Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee, by famous national charitable organisations and enterprises, such as Heungkong Charitable Foundation, Tencent Foundation, Taoyuanju Community Development Foundation, China Merchants Charitable Foundation, Vanke Charitable Foundation, Credit Orienwise Group Ltd., China Create Financial Holding Group Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Charity Federation and etc.

It aims at specially developing the research and practice on sustainable corporate social responsibilities and values of corporate impact investment models by referring to international investment concepts and models.
