The Kehilat Shanghai and Kehillat Beijing Teens are invited to attend the Asia Progressive Judaism Annual Spring Teen Retreat! The basic schedule is below, and more details will be coming soon! SIGN UP NOW to secure your spots! we only have 10 spots for the two communities!

Friday, May 11th:
  • AM/early PM- Arrival, settling in and getting ready for Shabbat
  • We gather as a one united group to welcoming in Shabbat, followed by a delicious dinner and socializing.

Saturday, May 12th:
  • Boker Tov! We greet the day with a Shacharit service, followed by lunch
  • Time for some social fun in the Singapore Sun: the afternoon will be spent hanging at the Pool followed by a urban scavenger hunt of Singapore
  • We say Shalom to Shabbat through a havdallah ceremony, and then go on a Night Safari

Sunday, May 13th:
  • We have an early start to engage in some Tikkun Olam Activities
  • Lunch gathering hosted by a local Singapore family
  • L’hitraot! We depart for the airport to head back to our home communities
This is a working schedule and subject to change. Flights are to be booked individually, although we will provide suggestions of which flights to book based on fare and time tables so we can, as much as possible, travel as a group.
