What is one of the world’s largest beer producers doing to make their company and product more sustainable?

From 2013 to 2016, Eric worked with AB InBev to help shape the future of supply chain and logistics for Europe. In 2016, he moved to Shanghai and is currently responsible for the demand for supply chain across Asia-Pacific North. He has been participating in the march towards sustainability from his first day at the company, in everything from brewing beer to technology innovation.

AB InBev has been making great strides in recent years to improve their company, make it more sustainable and help the global community. One example of this is their improvements in logistics to reduce their carbon footprint. According to their website, they have reduced their total emissions by 12 percent since 2013.

The company is also committed to reducing waste and using energy more wisely. They have reduced packaging in all their products by 126,800 tons since 2012, and from 2012 to 2016, due to energy efficient improvements, AB InBev saved over 60 million USD.
