Brene Brown says that 'Vulnerability Is an Act of Courage'
Everyone feels vulnerable. For most people, their most vulnerable times lead to the most creative or important periods in their lives. It’s just how the dusk comes before the dawn.
People wrongly believe that strong people aren’t vulnerable or they don’t feel vulnerable emotions such as fear, guilt, or shame.
The strongest people in this world actually have gone through the most soul-breaking circumstances. They face rejection at an early age and it propels them towards their dreams.

Being confident with who you are, accepting yourself, practicing self-love… all this is crucial for our own happiness. But this isn’t easy. One of the first steps is identifying our weaknesses and learn how to manage them. Why? Because once you have identified who you are, what you are good at and what you can improve, you can learn how to build a healthy relationship with yourself and figure out what success means to you.

On March 1st, Helena will share her personal story and what she has learnt along the way. This event will both include insights and practice time during a dedicated workshop meant for you to practice how to switch your mindset and be kinder to yourself.

Tickets are not refundable. Proceeds from Beijing Women's Network events go to support our partner charity, the Beijing Cultural Development Centre for Rural Women.

We cannot provide fapiao for monthly events series. In special circumstances, we can arrange for a confirmation of receipt to be sent.
