CEIBS Alumni International Chapter invites you to hear Mr. Dominique de Villepin’s insights on Globalization and the One Belt One Road Plan.
About the Speaker:
Mr. Dominique de Villepin served as the Prime Minister of France from 2005 to 2007. He rose through the ranks of French diplomacy and politics. He came into the international spotlight as foreign minister with his opposition to the 2003 invasion of Iraq, which culminated with a speech to the UN . His opposition to the U.S. plan to invade Iraq gave France a leading role in the grouping of countries such as Germany, Belgium, Russia and China that opposed the invasion. Presently, Mr. Dominique de Villepin counsels the Qatar Investment Authority.
