An Indian proverb says that each of us is a house with four rooms. Mental, Emotional, Spiritual and Physical. Unless we go into every room, every day, we are not complete.

What are you ultimate goals? what is our definition of fitness? Lets broaden the term to include mental, emotional and spiritual parts of who we are. Participants will uncover their most effective and inspiring selves by taking practical, achievable and action oriented steps in the direction of holistic wellness. Strengthening the less visited rooms will find our super powers.
Bring a yoga mat, pillow, pen, paper and a water bottle . Wear comfortable clothes.
