This time we will be holding an internal workshop for Rotary Fresh Start, but non-members are more than welcome to attend. It is about constellations/positioning of members in our Fresh Start Club. A constellation is a representation of the people or roles in a team and their position towards each other. It is a tool that makes it easier to identify potential conflicts and problem areas.

Join us this Friday, September 1st at Fresh Start as our member Steffen Ummelmann will present and discuss the results from a retreat in which our member constellations were created in preparation for the upcoming year.

To prepare for this Rotary year, our new board met for a retreat in Moganshan. They worked on a vision and mission for this upcoming year and also explored how members stand in relation to each other and what we need to improve or change to reach our goals.
In order to do this, the board members created our club's own constellations: One for our current situation and another one for how we should be in the future.

The intention of this is to show how the board sees the club (and its people in the club) and to get feedback about this view. This Friday, we will also try to integrate those members who were not at the retreat into our “constellation,” so we can get the whole picture. Therefore, we ask that all members attend this Friday session so that we can better prepare for the new year. If you are not a member, but still curious about the topic, we encourage you to attend.
