This Saturday Camilla Stelitano, Global Shaper, will offer a training on intercultural learning which aims to provide tools to live and work in an international community.
The training will be based on theories of intercultural understanding, overcoming of cultural shock, reflection on our perspective on different cultures and will provide practical tips and explanations for those "Beijing blue" days.
Camilla is a certified trainer from the European Federation for Intercultural Learning, she has helped students, NGOs and companies to overcome cultural shocks and understand other cultures since 2008.
In this session, you will:
The training will be based on theories of intercultural understanding, overcoming of cultural shock, reflection on our perspective on different cultures and will provide practical tips and explanations for those "Beijing blue" days.

- Learn how cultural differences affect communication styles and the results you get from working with others.
- Identify areas where you can become a better intercultural communicator.
