Peggy Tse is an Investment Specialist at IFC of the World Bank where she structures and executes private equity and debt investments in agribusiness of East Asia and the Pacific. She is also the Director of Health Impact Fund. HIF revamps the current pricing system in pharmaceutical industry and strive to achieve health equity for all. Prior to HIF, she co-founded Lensational, a global enterprise that empowers women emotionally and economically through photography.
