Workshop Legal & Tax: "Relocation of registered addresses of companies: Problems and solutions"

It has long been considered that relocating registered addresses of China companies is difficult. Not only the registrations with various government departments be renewed, the companies should also need to conduct tax clearance procedures with the existing tax bureau in charge. The time frame for completing all those procedures might take months to complete and the tax audit results might not be certain.

However, in recent years, the tax bureaus have changed their approach in this regard. In this seminar, we would explain the relevant procedures and the questions that the tax bureau may raise in the process. We would also point out some areas that attention should be paid in relocation within city and across city.
