ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

MARTIN VOON, Managing Partner at Specifique Consulting

Martin has over 20 years of experience in corporate consulting and training. He is good at using coaching guidance, theoretical knowledge, experiential teaching and other methods to help students learn from 1-to-1 and courses.


Martin moved to Hong Kong in1995 and has worked in Shanghai, Beijing and Hong Kong. He now lives in Shanghai. He spent eight years in coaching and management positions at outward bound schools in Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan from 1990 to 2000. Prior to joining German Q595 Consulting and Training as a Partner in China in 2016, He worked as a management consultant in three international training consulting firms in Shanghai and Beijing based in Singapore, Taiwan and Japan respectively. Martin has worked in a variety of programs and courses for multinational companies and private enterprises, and has developed change management programs and leadership training courses for the core management teams of multinational companies.
